Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange any product purchased from our webshop within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return

Notify us at info@maanka.se within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, address, order number, and the product you wish to return.

After sending your return notice, send the product back to us together with the return slip included in your order.

Products must be unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging. If the product shows signs of use or damage, a fee may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at purchase.

Return shipping costs

  • Sweden: 49 SEK

  • Europe: 150 SEK

  • Rest of the world: 300 SEK

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. If you are returning from Sweden, we can provide a pre-paid return label on request. Returns within Sweden are free on orders above 500 SEK.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (size, color, or style), please email info@maanka.se. Return the original item, and once received, we will send the replacement with free shipping.

Non-collected packages

If you do not collect your package, you will be charged for shipping and any additional costs. Please note: a non-collected package does not count as a return.

Complaints

All products are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, email us at info@maanka.se immediately with your order number and a short description. Do not return the product before receiving our confirmation.
If your complaint is accepted, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

Other information

  • We follow Swedish consumer protection laws.

  • Normal wear and improper care are not covered under warranty.

  • Colors and photos on the website may differ slightly from the actual product.

  • These terms are governed by Swedish law.
